It is a fully furnished, four bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house with a large deck overhanging the pond. Located on a quiet, one-way private road. Plenty of parking. Drive to town beach in minutes. The house sleeps eight; all linens are provided. High-speed wireless internet access provided.

The pond house makes a great summer vacation house. A nifty, cost-effective alternative to a hotel for events and reunions with family and friends.

Need to move out during construction on your primary residence? Good for extended business stays. 25 minutes to Logan Airport. 10 minutes to Salem, 25 minutes from Danvers, Beverly, Peabody, Route 128.

Touring New England? Close to everything Marblehead has to offer (Beaches, tourism, sailing, restaurants). A 10 minute drive from Salem’s attractions. 45 minutes from downtown Boston

Rates and Policies:

Summer: $2200/week, plus cleaning fee of $100.
Summer is the week including July 1st through the Labor Day week.

September & October: $1800/week or $275/night (two night minimum). Cleaning fee of $100 applies to any stay.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s: The weeks including these holidays are also $1800/week or $275/night (two night minimum). Cleaning fee of $100 applies to any stay.

Low season: November through April is $1400/week or $225/night (with the above exceptions of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) (two night minimum). Cleaning fee of $100 applies to any stay.

Spring: May and June is $1600/week or $250/night (two night minimum). Cleaning fee of $100 applies to any stay.

Security deposit of $300 applies to all rentals. Security deposit will be returned within two weeks after departure.

Longer stays negotiable.

No smoking in the Pond House. Sorry--no pets allowed.
